Cash Pay
If you pay for services out-of-pocket, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling so that you are informed on the total cost of services being requested.
Evaluation Rates
An initial hour-long consultation with a neuropsychologist or psychologist will range from $337.50-$450, depending on the provider. The total cost of a neuropsychological or psychological evaluation is dependent on the complexity of the evaluation. A screener can range from 2-4 hours whereas a more comprehensive evaluation can total up to 15 hours. Please call for more information.
Psychotherapy & Counseling Rates
Clinical Psychologists (PsyD, PhD)
The hourly rate varies per provider, and the ranges are listed below.
Initial Consultation: $337.50-$450
Psychotherapy (55-min session): $225-300
Master's Level Therapists (LMFT, LPCC)
Initial Consultation: $270 (75-90 min session)
Psychotherapy (55-min session): $180
Supervised Post-Doctoral Associates
Initial Consultation: $225 (75-90 min session)
Psychotherapy (55-min session): $150
Supervised Master's Level Interns (AMFT/APCC)
Initial Consultation: $180 (75-90 min session)
Psychotherapy (55-min session): $120

Pre-authorization is always needed for neuropsychological or psychological evaluations. For those, an order from a referring doctor may be needed. Some types of evaluations may not be considered “medically necessary” by insurance companies and would not be covered. Our biller can assist in verifying benefits and coverage for the services you are seeking.
Out of Network Insurance
We’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
