About Dr. Brenner
Dr. Einat Brenner is a CA-licensed psychologist who specializes in neuropsychology. Her expertise is in cognitive evaluations of individuals with a variety of disorders and conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases/dementia, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and other neurologic disorders. She has experience working in a variety of settings including community mental health clinics, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and the VA healthcare system. She also has extensive research experience, particularly in the areas of Alzheimer’s dementia and traumatic brain injury.
Dr. Brenner has a strong background in psychotherapy, with training in humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic orientations, leading her to identify with an integrative theoretical orientation based in empirically supported interventions. She believes that the integration of brain health and psychological health are essential to gaining a holistic understanding of her patients.
